About New England Valuation and Consulting, LLC
Jack Bachini CVA (Emeritus), MBA, CPA formed New England Valuation and Consulting, LLC (NEVC) in September of 2007. After 30 years as a practicing CPA and serving as managing partner of several CPA firms, and after becoming a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) in 1997, Jack is now devoting all of his time to Business Valuation, Litigation Support (with respect to Business Valuation issues) and Exit Planning for business owners. Jack is now recognized as a CVA (Emeritus).
NEVC's clients consist of business owners who may be interested in gifting some or all of their ownership, merging with another company, acquiring another company, selling some or all of their interest or developing a succession plan or shareholder buy-sell agreement.
In addition, NEVC works with attorneys and their clients to provide support in litigation matters such as divorce or shareholder disputes, specifically with respect to business valuation issues.
